Springwood Recruitment is a Kuwait-focused recruitment platform designed to help private-sector workers present their experience and help employers discover suitable candidates.
Workers can create a profile at no charge. We review completed profiles before they appear in the public candidate directory, giving employers a focused place to search while keeping access to sensitive contact details controlled.
A public profile may show a worker's name, photo, job title, sector, experience, nationality, language skills, visa information, expected salary, and summary. A worker's Kuwait mobile number and CV are not shown publicly. Workers can sign in to review their status and request removal.
Employers may browse approved profiles without seeing private contact details. Company accounts are verified and manually reviewed. Only approved employers with available credits may unlock a candidate's phone number and CV, and each unlock is recorded for accountability.
Our checks are intended to improve profile quality and reduce misuse. They are not a substitute for an employer's own interviews, reference checks, legal eligibility checks, or employment due diligence, and they do not guarantee placement or performance.
We aim to collect only the information needed to operate the service, protect private files outside the public website, and provide workers with meaningful choices. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and when it may be disclosed.
