Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Springwood Recruitment, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional written terms may apply to paid credits or specific services and will control if they expressly conflict with these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. Account information must be accurate and kept current. Keep passwords, OTP codes, and sessions confidential, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts may not be sold, shared, or transferred without our written permission.
What Springwood provides
Springwood provides a platform for workers to present approved profiles and for approved employers to discover and contact potential candidates. Springwood is not a party to any employment agreement, does not sponsor visas, is not a government authority, and does not guarantee a job, candidate response, hire, immigration result, or employment outcome. Workers and employers remain responsible for their own decisions and legal obligations.
Worker responsibilities
Workers must submit truthful, current information about identity, experience, qualifications, employment, visa status, salary expectations, and availability. Upload only photos, CVs, and other material you own or are authorized to use. Do not include another person's private information, unlawful content, or unnecessary sensitive information. By submitting a profile for review, you ask us to publish the approved public fields described in the Privacy Policy until the profile is removed, paused, or no longer approved.
Employer responsibilities
Employer representatives must provide accurate company and license information and use candidate information only for genuine, lawful recruitment for the represented organization. Employers must follow applicable employment, immigration, anti-trafficking, anti-discrimination, wage, workplace, and privacy requirements; communicate respectfully; avoid deceptive offers; and never charge a worker an unlawful recruitment or platform-access fee. Gated details must not be shared beyond personnel or advisers who need them for the same hiring purpose and are bound to protect them.
Review, approval, and profile status
We may verify information, request documents, reject incomplete or unsuitable submissions, approve or reject accounts and profiles, pause publication, or require updates. Manual review is a quality and misuse-control measure, not certification of identity, qualifications, character, legal work status, company standing, job legitimacy, or future performance. We may correct obvious display issues but are not required to independently investigate every claim.
Contact credits
Browsing public profiles is free. Unless a different offer clearly states otherwise, one credit unlocks one candidate's available phone number and CV for the approved employer account, and the unlock is recorded. Credits are limited platform access units, are not currency, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold. A used credit is not normally restored except for a confirmed platform error or where applicable law requires it. Pricing, validity, and any refund terms shown when credits are issued or purchased form part of these terms.
Candidate information and confidentiality
Public profile information may be viewed only through the normal platform experience. Phone numbers, CVs, signed file links, and other gated information are confidential and may be used only to evaluate and contact that candidate for genuine employment. Do not publish, scrape, download in bulk, sell, license, enrich marketing databases with, or use candidate information for advertising, unrelated solicitation, surveillance, harassment, or discrimination. An unlock does not transfer ownership of the candidate's information.
Prohibited conduct
Do not break the law; impersonate anyone; submit false documents; interfere with security; bypass access controls or credit rules; probe or attack the service; introduce malicious code; automate scraping or account creation; reverse engineer restricted parts; overload the platform; spam users; misuse contact details; facilitate exploitation or trafficking; or help another person do any of these things. Security research requires prior written authorization.
Hiring and employment decisions
Employers must conduct appropriate interviews, reference and qualification checks, right-to-work and visa checks, and any other due diligence required for the role. Workers must independently assess employers, offers, duties, wages, accommodation, contracts, and legal requirements. Any employment relationship is solely between the worker and employer, and both sides should use official Kuwait processes and seek qualified advice when needed.
Platform and user content
Springwood and its licensors retain rights in the platform, brand, design, software, and original content. We give users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. Users retain ownership of material they submit and grant Springwood the rights reasonably needed to store, review, format, reproduce, display, and transmit it to operate and promote the requested recruitment service. This permission ends when the material is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups, audit evidence, and previously authorized disclosures.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account or profile removal. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; revoke approval; or preserve evidence when we reasonably believe these terms were breached, information is misleading, users or the platform face risk, law or an authority requires action, or the service is discontinued. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue, but urgent protective action may be immediate.
Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the platform useful and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, sectors, eligibility rules, review processes, credits, and content may change. We may perform maintenance, correct errors, or discontinue all or part of the service. Users should keep their own copies of documents they need and should not rely on the platform as their only record.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. Springwood does not warrant the accuracy of user-submitted information or the conduct, suitability, solvency, legality, or performance of any worker or employer. Springwood is not responsible for independent hiring decisions, negotiations, contracts, workplace events, visa outcomes, or losses caused by another user's misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct where applicable.
Responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, a business user will be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs arising from its unlawful use of candidate information, breach of these terms, infringement of another person's rights, or employment and recruitment conduct. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Springwood's own breach or misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait. The competent courts of Kuwait will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, the parties should try in good faith to resolve the issue through the Contact page, without limiting urgent remedies or statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, risk, or legal changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where reasonably practicable or legally required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise, stop using the service and request account closure.
Contact
